British bus manufacturer Mellor has received an order from Sweden. Public transport operator Connect Bus orders 42 electric buses of the Sigma line, which Mellor debuted in 2021. The minibuses on order are headed for Gothenburg.
The English bus manufacturer Mellor has entered into a sales partnership for its battery-electric buses in Germany and Austria. The Hamburg-based company Jebsen & Jessen Industrial Solutions will take over the sales and service of Mellor’s electric buses in both countries.
The English bus manufacturer Mellor has presented a new battery-electric bus family. The Sigma range comprises six models with lengths from seven to twelve metres and a total of over 20 variants. The components for the new Sigma buses come from CATL, Webasto, ZF, Dana and Ventura, among others.
British bus manufacturer Mellor has expanded its electric bus product range. The new models are named Orion E23 and Maxima E23, both feature the same 23 person capacity, but different battery capacities and ranges.
Tesla truck platoon: The next Tesla revelation is around the corner and this time it will be a semi-truck capable of self-driving and platooning, that is a line of trucks automatically following a lead vehicle.
