Nuvve & Romeo Power collaborate on V2G and BMS
Nuvve and Romeo Power have announced a collaboration to integrate communication protocols between Nuvve’s vehicle-to-grid (V2G) platform and Romeo Power’s battery management system (BMS). This should enable Romeo Power battery systems to become V2G compatible, regardless of the commercial vehicle platform.
Nuvve to deploy EVs and V2G infrastructure in EU and US
In the USA, the California-based V2G specialist Nuvve and private equity firm Stonepeak have formed a joint venture called Levo Mobility. In Europe, Nuvve and the provider of EV charging solutions Spirii will collaborate on vehicle-grid integration (VGI) technology, mostly in the Nordics.
Nuvve uses merger to enter the US stock market
The Californian Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G) specialist Nuvve has announced its intention to go public through a merger with the investment company Newborn Acquisition. After completion of the merger, the joint venture Nuvve Holding is expected to be listed on the US Nasdaq stock exchange under the ticker symbol “NVVE”.
ABB & DREEV present 11 kW bidirectional charger
ABB offers a new 11-kW bidirectional charging station specially designed for Vehicle-to-Grid in partnership with French company DREEV, a joint venture between EDF and Nuvve. The first target market is France, followed by the UK, Italy, Belgium and Germany.
Vehicle-to-Grid with electric school buses
The San Diego-based vehicle-to-grid (V2G) specialist Nuvve and electric school bus manufacturer Blue Bird have announced the launch of Blue Bird’s ‘Vision Type C’ and ‘All American Type D’ electric school buses compatible with Nuvve’s V2G technology across the USA.
EDF & Nuvve formalise V2G charging venture DREEV
Électricité de France (EDF) together with California’s Nuvve has founded a joint venture called DREEV for the development of V2G charging solutions. The focus is on the main European markets of France, Belgium, Italy and Great Britain.
