Endesa signs charging agreement with Gasexpress

The Spanish energy supplier Endesa has concluded an agreement with the Gasexpress fuel station chain to install charging infrastructure for electric vehicles. The plan is to set up 78 charging points at 39 locations – one DC charger with 50 kW and one AC charger with 22 kW each.

Madrid opens free fully electric bus lines

In the Spanish capital Madrid, the municipal public transport company EMT has inaugurated the first ‘Línea Cero’, which is operated exclusively by electric buses and can also be used free of charge. This first ‘zero line’ is operated with ten electric buses from the Spanish manufacturer Irizar.

23 electric articulated-buses headed for Barcelona

Barcelona is expanding its electric bus fleet: Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB) has ordered 23 articulated electric buses to replace diesel buses on the H16 line. The buses are 14 Solaris Urbino Electric and nine Irizar i2e, each 18 metres long and equipped with pantographs.

WeShare is expanding across Europe

Iberdrola and Avia extend charging network

Iberdrola and Avia have agreed to install more than 500 fast chargers for electric-cars at over 100 service stations in Spain and Portugal. The new fast chargers mark the extension of an existing partnership between the two companies from last year. Previously, Iberdrola installed 48 fast chargers at Avia stations at 24 locations in Spain.

PSA: Saragossa plant to include battery pack assembly
