Swiss Post goes fully electric in Zurich and Bern

Citizens in the Swiss cities of Zurich and Bern will now have their letters and parcels delivered by electric vehicle. By the end of 2024, all delivery vehicles in Geneva and Basel will also become fully electric, as well as some 50 other locations in the mountainous country.

Hess receives major e-tram order from VBZ

Audi Charging Hub to open in Zurich this year

Audi has announced new locations for its fast-charging concept Charging Hub. Based on the findings of the pilot site in Nuremberg, a pilot in Zurich is next on the list. Salzburg and Berlin are slated to become the first regular locations, with more sites to follow in Germany.

Zurich orders Siemens charging for electric buses

In Switzerland, Siemens has been awarded a contract by the Zurich Transport Authority (VBZ) for the supply, installation and commissioning of 45 Sicharge UC charging stations for electric buses. The charging infrastructure will be installed in the Hardau bus garage for 45 new electric buses.
