Electric trucks and utility EVs by Renault from 2019

Renault Trucks says it is ready to launch an all-electric range next year, after testing had commenced with partners over ten years. It is thus not only one truck but a whole line of utility vehicles the French are gearing up for. A dedicated production line in the Normandy will start rolling by 2019.

Geely, Via Motors to make electric truck (REx)

Geely’s New Energy Vehicle subsidiary is joining forces with VIA Motors to develop a medium-duty electric truck with Volvo range extender. Software and systems control will come from Via and the e-truck is to launch in China and the Americas by 2019.
