Ferronordic orders 32 electric trucks

Ferronordic, a service and distribution company in the construction equipment and truck sectors, has placed its first order for electric trucks in Germany. The order includes 21 Renault Trucks D Z.E and D Wide Z.E and eleven Volvo FL and Volvo FE Electric, making a total of 32 all-electric trucks.

Renault Trucks presents electric refuse truck with low cab

Renault Trucks is launching another electric truck variant as the manufacturer starts marketing the D Wide Z.E. Low Entry Cab, developed for waste transport. The electric refuse truck is equipped with a special, lowered cab and can be ordered throughout Europe with immediate effect.

Renault’s electric garbage truck bound for Florence

After Paris, Lyon and Barcelona, Florence will now also be using electric Renault Trucks for household waste disposal. The Italian company Gorent has recently been using a 26-ton Renault Trucks D Wide Z.E. for waste disposal in the Tuscan capital.

Renault to build 10 electric refuse trucks for Neuilly-sur-Seine

The Paris suburb of Neuilly-sur-Seine will in future use eleven electric trucks for waste collection in the municipality. Following the commissioning of their first Renault D Wide Z.E. in July 2020, Suez, the company responsible for waste collection, has now ordered ten more units of the electric truck.

Renault offers more battery options for electric trucks

Renault Trucks has announced new battery options for its all-electric D Z.E. (16-tonne) and D Wide Z.E. (26-tonne) truck models. The trucks previously equipped with 50 kWh modules can now be ordered with 66 kWh modules. With the Master Z.E. electric van, the battery remains the same, but the payload is optionally increased.

Renault presents complete electric truck range

Renault Trucks unveils two electric trucks to launch in 2019. The Renault Trucks D Z.E. and Renault Trucks D Wide Z.E. cover 16 and 26 tons respectively and complete the electric UV lineup starting with the Master Z.E. at 3.5 tons. The trucks will be made in Normandy, France.
