Infiniti to sell only electrified vehicles as of 2025
Infiniti is accelerating their electrification plans. Nissan’s luxury brand will sell 100% electric and hybrid cars, starting in 2025 rather than going it halfway. Infiniti is previewing said electric future in Detroit, where the QX Inspiration Concept is currently in the limelight.

VW adds MEB capacity to U.S. plant in Chattanooga
Volkswagen has found the first production site for electric cars in North America: The Chattanooga plant in the US state of Tennessee will expand to build vehicles based on the modular electrification platform MEB. VW is investing around 700 million euros in the extension of the plant.

At the Detroit Auto Show, Chinese carmaker GAC presented its WitStar concept, featuring one stand-out detail – the rear armrest doubles as a fish tank. Or the tank as an armrest, we’re not sure. While this one is filled with plastic fish only, it could be a selling point for some Chinese, as water can represent luck and fortune.
